I know I’m mainly reblogging at time rather than creating my own posts, but I am pretty busy and I keep finding really good info to save and share.
I’m currently in the process of registering for the fall semester at our local college and am looking for a new job, in addition my boyfriend and I have recently moved in together, which is for sure taking a bit of adjusting.
I’m happy, and very busy. I will begin creating some of my own content sometime soon, be patient with me.
ps. My personal “trick” for keeping lemon and ginger is that I keep them frozen whole in a nice airtight container so they’re always available for seasoning my meals. I just grate them frozen into my dishes. Of course, I do still use them fresh, but this trick makes sure they don’t have a chance to become unusable if they aren’t used up in a hurry.
